Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.

What is your return policy for sports equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain apparel and protective gear cannot be returned once opened.

Do OKAI products come with a warranty?

Yes, all OKAI hardware and equipment come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear and tear from regular athletic use is not covered.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
